Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We're committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding your order:

Coupon Eligibility — One Per Household

To keep our promotions fair and prevent abuse, all coupon codes and promotional discounts are limited to one per household, defined as:

  • One physical mailing address

  • One family/household unit

  • One set of shared contact information (name, address, phone, or email)

Creating multiple customer accounts tied to the same household for the purpose of reusing new‑customer or single‑use coupons is not permitted. Orders that appear to be attempts to “re‑dip” into coupon offers — including multiple accounts using the same address, family members using duplicate accounts, or repeated use of first‑time customer codes — may be adjusted, denied, or cancelled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline coupon use if account activity suggests misuse.

 

Freight Forwarders & Third‑Party Addresses

We do not ship orders to freight‑forwarding services, export agents, or third‑party consolidation warehouses.
These locations prevent us from verifying delivery and significantly increase the risk of lost or disputed packages. For the protection of our customers and our business, all orders must ship directly to a U.S. residential or business address.

If an order is placed using a freight‑forwarding address, it may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days on Monday - Friday after order is placed and payment is authorized.

  • Cut off Time For Same Day Shipping is 10AM M-F EST

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on holidays usually observed by the Banking Industry.

Shipping Times:

  • Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors such as shipping method, carrier availability, and location may influence actual delivery times.

Shipping Location:

  • Our headquarters is located in the Midwest USA

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Weather Delays:

  • During the winter season, unforeseen delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, such as but not limited to snowstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes or wildfires.

  • We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by carriers due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number supplied through Wix

  • You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

  • Please be advised that tracking does not update until the next step in the process when the package has been physically scanned along the way.

Returns and Cancels

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we will try to resolve the problem | admin@TheLuckyCardCo.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
